Private Residence Lighthouse Park

The urban beauty of this sloped site, located at the prestigious lighthouse Park Hill neighborhood in West Vancouver BC, called for simple geometry and clean, basic materials. The challenging sloping lot didn’t prevent achieving the client’s goal of creating contemporary and spacious looking open design with large amounts of glazing. Opening its face to the south exposure, the house’s cubic volume stands out from the surrounding neighboring houses with the more traditional looks.
