Negin Residence
New single family residence located in prime British Pacific Properties West Vancouver.
The simply organized house was arranged on two levels + basement suite and parking garage with the lower floor cut into the sloping land. The steep sloping terrain and expansive views of the downtown Vancouver, ocean and Stanley Park were essential in defining the form of the house. Two linear volumes intersect at the main entry space connecting the guest and master wings. The material palette complements the natural setting of the house: wood siding, stone clad walls and expanses of glass create a strong connection to the landscape.
