Westbank Hub Centre North (Tenant Improvement)

Westbank Hub Centre North is located in West Kelowna, BC along the Highway 97 corridor. The centre consists of seven separate buildings to a total of 250,000 square foot and 1,212 parking stalls. Completed in 2008, the center is home to many national tenants including Wal-Mart, London Drugs, CIBC, HSBC, and Reitman’s.

JKA was acting as consultant and Coordinating Registered Professional on behalf of the client for the Westbank First Nation approving officer, facilitating the building permit process which included overall master plan coordination such as utilities, infrastructure and traffic and accommodating various tenant plans preparation and requirements.
