The townhouse development and heritage revitalization proposal spans 7,454.29 and 3,501.13 sq.ft respectively. The townhouse will contain 3 types of residential units as well as have parking and storage for residents. The Heritage house will be revitalized into 3 units, and will be 3 levels high. The townhomes will be 4 levels high including an underground parkade. A special feature to these townhomes are the balconies and roof decks, the expansive view and spatial connectedness will be important in retaining the integrity of the heritage house while simultaneously fostering new roots through the presence of new townhome residents
