The development proposal is to accommodate 93 Townhouses. There are 3 different types of units that vary in size. All units come with 2 parking spaces and there are19 visitor parking spaces shared by all units. The units facing Victoria Drive which have 3 bedrooms and tandem garages, are provided with entry porches + outdoor patios. The rest of the units are 3 bedroom plus den,  have tandem garages, have rear patios and big roof decks for additional outdoor space. The larger units are all facing protected greenbelt area.
