The existing building with 56 rental units was deemed hazardous by City due to old systems and structural deficiencies.

Full building revitalization included stripping down all interior and exterior finishes, installment of new electrical and mechanical systems, structural seismic upgrades, new insulation and double glazed windows, new roof, new interior and exterior finishes, and other details.
