55 + Congregate Care Development

New congregate care development consists of a three storey residential building over one level underground parkade with a total area of 38,300 sq ft. The building contains 24 units with common recreational and dining area and live-in nurse & caretaker units on main level. Each unite is designed for full HC accessibility allowing wheelchair turns and clearances at kitchens, bathroom and bedroom. All units have larger living / dining area with smaller kitchen, one larger accessible bedroom and additional smaller guest BDR, washrooms and some storage areas. There are provisions for common indoor and outdoor activity areas including landscaped gardens and covered patios

All ground oriented units have a large private patio gardens accessible directly through living rooms and allowing for some outdoor activities. Large common playground is provided for all.
