The first new multifamily mixed use development, proposed under C1 – CD zoning on the East 1st avenue corridor with an area of 21,500 sq ft. The proposal consists of three storeys residential units and commercial areas fronting first avenue with underground parkade. The units facing towards Rupert Avenue are ground oriented with small front yards. There are several 2 levels townhouses at rear yard scaling back the 3- storey massing to the single family zone across the lane.
