Multifamily Condo Development

The multifamily development consists of 4 residential levels with 43 units, 3 laneway townhouses, 2 laneway live/work studios  and 2 underground parking level with bicycle storage and utility / storage areas. Proposed building layout allowed us to create sufficient green inner yards, with extensive landscaping, as well as large patios / gardens for each unit on the upper levels.

The main entry to the development is off King Edward Avenue, including individual entrances for the main level units. The parking area is fully enclosed and secured, with a separate enclosed garbage structure.
