Sunco Foods (Tenant Improvement)
JKA were engaged in the design and construction of the new peanut butter and roasted nuts processing facility in Burnaby, BC for both North America and European markets. The project scope included new 10,000 sf production area, 13,000 sf coolers, 30,000 warehouse and storage, shipping and distribution areas with new loading docks and 10,000 sf office space which included lunch rooms, change rooms, live in caretaker and labs.
