Master planning, Programing and design for mixed use retail + office complex at the prominent Gateway Node located on the intersection of Highway #1 and 200 street at Township of Langley, BC.

The preliminary mixture of tenants include 100,000 sf. anchor food store, 30,000 sf pet stores, 150,000 sf Office space, 50,000 sf of retail space for smaller tenants and 2 pad building including a drive thru TD bank.

The fundamental design concept of this project is the integration of the proposed buildings with the site and the adjacent developments providing a natural flow between public spaces, main gathering area main entries and access to services.
