Kadiyala Residence

Private residence for Kadiyala family.

The urban nature of the site called for simple geometry, and clean, basic materials. The challenging smaller lot size didn’t prevent achieving the client’s goal of creating a contemporary and spacious-looking open design with large amounts of glazing. Facing south, the house’s cubic structure distinguishes it from the surrounding neighboring houses which tend to have more traditional looks.
